Interestingly enough Wreck-Gar does exist in the Prime continuity. The book Transformers: Exiles is set before the show and they travel to the planet Junk and meet Wreck-Gar. You got pretty close to how the book described him

From what I read he's a mix of hid G1 and Animated counterparts and coicidentally has a dump truck alt mode like yours seems to.
He doesn't have any offical imagry however as he only appeared in a novel with some other fellow junkions, one of which, pinion was secretly part of one of The Thirteen.
Like the first beast transformer and first minicon in The Thirteen Pinion was part of the first combiner/getsalt who could turn himself and others into combiners. He specifically broke apart to hide a weapon he integrated into his body and spread himself across the multiverse.
Ironically most of this prime's components are decepticons.
