It's funny. Anything that's flagged must be taken down immediately, but if the poster says to YouTube "Hey, this is unfair, this shouldn't be taken down" YouTube needs to do a big investigation on it.

I agree, it's why I'm afraid to post anything with copyrighted material onto youtube. Even putting a disclaimer in the description doesn't help.

He makes a game called yandere simultator and has his own YouTube channel. One of his videos got taken down for "nudity or sexual content". It got removed because in the video, he took a panty shot(in the game).

So... Even developers like "Yanderedev" are targeted by false flagging?
(People on YouTube have gotten away with "nudity or sexual content" on their videos all the time way before the whole movement of #WTFU even became a thing.)
(Getting falsely flagged on YouTube is one of the few reasons why I never use YouTube anymore to make videos.)
