SAAM - AIM-7E Sparrow

A carrier-capable version of the F-4 Phantom II, this multi-platform based supersonic aircraft is the progenitor to the land-based E-model. Developed for the navy and marine corps to operate from aircraft carrier, the radar were so advanced in it’s prime time that it takes up space for the internal machine gun to that of the E-model, so it has a machine gun pod under it's belly. This aircraft has renown for taking many sorties, including several air-to-air kills recorded while being deployed for a ground attack missions.
