This is the family tree for Small Stones Make Big Ripples. Because I couldn't find an image of the queen in the comics, I used my headcanon version. Fredrick is based off his Young Justice version as is Gregor. Dark blue represents siblings while light blue represents half-siblings.

Because this is an alternate universe, I'm going to do two descriptions per character.

FIRST GENERATION:

SSMBR Greg Walker: Greg met Suzanne and Tara when Tara was young. He and Ashley started to date and his parents babysat Tara whenever they went out. Some time later, Grag and Suzanne married and had two children of their own. Greg loves Tara as if she were his own daughter.

Headcanon Greg Walker: Greg Walker never meets Terra. He knows that his wife had a daughter out of wedlock that she gave away and doesn’t bother her with details because it makes her upset. Greg did wonder from time to time if Suzanne’s daughter would show up one day, but it never happened. He doesn’t know that Suzanne’s former lover was the king of Markovia.

SSMBR Fredrick De-Lamb:

Headcanon Fredrick De-Lamb: Fredrick had always wanted power and when his sister Adalicia married the heir of Markovia, Viktor Markov, he saw his chance. He tried to manipulate Viktor, but someone always came in to intervene. When Fredrick caught wind of Viktor and Adalicia's marital problems, he tried to get more information from his sister and spy on his brother-in-law. Just when he thought he had found something, his sister announced that she was pregnant with their third child. He spied on Viktor throughout the pregnancy and it was only a few days before Adalicia was due that he noticed Viktor leave the palace every other day at odd times. The day his sister gave birth, he noticed Viktor's personal staff leave the palace and arrive a few hours later only to have the king and queen announce the birth of their third child Tara. Fredrick was suspicious of Tara from day one and did everything in his power to secretly find out the truth about her. He secretly hired scientists to investigate the royal family bloodline and they found a gene that, if mutated, could give them superpowers. Fredrick created an alias called Baron Bedlam who, without showing his face, publicly threatened the royal family. The scientists approached the royal family with their research and Brion and Tara were experimented on. However, after the experimentation, Brion and Tara learned that Baron Bedlam had a connection to the scientists and they were arrested and exiled. Fredrick has secretly tried to find Terra and discover her secret since while Baron Bedlam is public enemy number one for Geo-Force and his team The Outsiders.

SECOND GENERATION:

SSMBR James Walker:

SSMBR Terra: Instead of being raised in Markovia as a princess, Tara was raised in America by her mother a few weeks after she was born in Markovia. The two moved several times during Tara's childhood before Suzanne met Greg. The two began to date and Greg became a father figure in Tara’s life. She knows about her birth father, but doesn’t bother her mother too much about the details since it’s a bittersweet part of her mother’s life.

Headcanon Terra: Tara was born in Markovia a few days before the queen went into labor with her own child. However, there were complications and the doctors took the child away to try to find out what went wrong. The queen told Viktor to go with them and oversee the procedure. When the baby died, Viktor panicked and told his body guards to visit Tara’s mother and quickly explain the situation and to surrender Tara to them. Tara’s mother understood what was being asked of her and reluctantly gave her baby to Viktor's men. Viktor returned to his wife with Tara in his arms and told her that their daughter had a mild health issue, but was fine now. Later, he visited Tara’s mother and explained in more detail what had happened and she agreed to let Tara be raised as royalty so she would have a safe and secure upbringing.

-----

SSMBR Rosalyn Markov: Rosalyn was born a few days after Tara and instead of dying shortly after birth, she survived. She spent her early years content with reading fairy tales and being a spoiled princess. As she grew older, superheroes became more prominent and she secretly admired them with the belief that heroes and justice will always win. At one point, a group of scientists approached the royal family with a claim that the Markov family had a gene that could be mutated and give them powers. Brion and Rosalyn volunteered to undergo the experiment. Rosalyn hoped to become a famous hero like Wonder Woman or Black Canary as well as a respected royal.

Headcanon Rosalyn Markov: Rosalyn was conceived shortly after Tara was and was born a few days after her. Unfortunately she had health complications and died shortly after birth. Viktor put Tara in her place to prevent the queen from finding out about the affair and to save her the heartbreak of losing a child.

-----

SSMBR Geo-Force: Brion spent most of his young life preparing to be a potential replacement in the event his older brother Gregor could not take the throne. The young prince longed for more than to be a "spare heir" and was delighted by the birth of his new sister Rosalyn. He was temporarily distracted from his troubled thoughts as he stepped into the new role of older brother and eagerly taught Rosalyn all he knew. When a group of scientists offered to make himself and his sister into super heroes, Brion saw a new opportunity to help his country. When the experiment was complete, however, he and Rosalyn discovered that the scientists were planning to exploit them and take over the country. After the scientists were fought and banished, Brion, now known as Geo-Force, and Rosalyn, now known as Gaia, swore to protect their country as new threats surfaced.

Headcanon Geo-Force: Just like his siblings, Brion was always told how to act, dress, and what to do. He occasionally asked himself if he would ever be more than just a "spare heir", but kept those feelings to himself while Tara was more vocal about it and challenged authority constantly. When a group of scientists offered an experiment that could give them powers and make them protectors of their country, Brion and Tara agreed. However, after the experiment was complete, they learned that the scientists wanted to exploit them and their abilities and the scientists were defeated in battle, arrested, and exiled. Now taking the name Geo-Force, Brion stayed in Markovia to protect his country while his sister Terra ran away and tried to control her unstable powers.

-----

SSMBR Gregor Markov:

Headcanon Gregor Markov: As heir of Markovia, Gregor was trained from a very young age to be prepared to take the throne after his father. He had many teachers and personal who taught him and gave him advice. The older he got, the more he sat in with his father and uncle to watch how governing a kingdom worked. Fredrick frequently voiced his opinion of the prince's decisions and often compared his nephew and brother-in-law to former kings and nobles of Markovia. All the pressure of becoming the next king led Gregor to become a perfectionist and overbearing on his younger siblings even to go so far as to tell them how to behave and dress which formed a wedge between them. It didn't help when a mystyerious man who called himself Baron Bedlam openly threatened the royal family. While Tara and Brion were experimented on, Gregor feared that they would become hideously mutated and try to overthrow him and their father and Fredrick often fed into Gregor's fears. Gregor often had terrible nightmares about it. After the experimentation was complete and the scientists were found to be working with Baron Bedlam, Gregor became even more paranoid. When Terra almost injured Geo-Force during their training, Gregor yelled at Terra and the next morning she was gone. Gregor blamed himself for Terra running away, but his pride and fears kept him from admitting it.

Why did Terra's mother give her up?

My head canon is because the king wanted to cover up the affair by claiming Terra was the queen’s newborn daughter. In the story this family tree is based on, the queen’s child survived and the king sent Terra and her mother back to America. He wanted her in Markovia to keep an eye on her. Hope that makes sense.

This is a really great picture of the family tree. But I do have a few questions, does Terra still have her powers or something?

She eventually gets powers. I’m working on the story.
