This scene twists at my heart beautifully. In my complete, unreserved opinion, you capture the feelings of neglect, isolation, despair and just a sliver of will and hope. Pegged as a wild beast and contained in a tank where he can barely move, is hardlyΒ cleaned if the murky, greenish hue the water hasΒ is anything to go by and the room all around him dark and lonely; he has no one is no one but another circus freak in the humansβ eyes that come to stare. His face and eyes show a deep stetted sorrow and yet he reaches out to the thin sunbeams that trickle in through a high up window and there is something in his gaze, something that shows past his gloom; warmth and faith and maybe even memories of his days before his captivity; open waters and others like him away from the gaze of humans that always seem scared of his existence. It is truly astounding artwork.

So sorry for making this so long! But it had to be said, the emotion is pure and natural and the scene is befitting and in-depth, merging well with the feelings portrayed.
