I'm kindof in love with Anne McCaffrey's Pern novels. The Pern world is so vibrant and intriguing to me, with so many interesting characters. Now, I'm not the best photoshop painter in the world, but I felt compelled to do some fanart for the series, so here is a golden queen dragon tending to her clutch of eggs, including a golden queen egg.Yes, I know queen eggs aren't described as glowing like that, they just "gleam" supposedly, but I liked the effect.

It could be Lessa and Ramoth but I didn't have any particular dragon in mind when I drew it. It seems big enough to be Ramoth though.
