Soo... STORYTIME YAAYYY.
The years I was with my ex, I collected a crack-ton of "how to draw manga/anime" books along with various pose reference books and tips on digital art/scanning traditional (I have at least 40 total and am thinking about selling them). Since retrieving them from his house, I hadn't bothered to look at them until my niece and nephew decide to take a peek at a pose reference one; suddenly, I'm back to looking for inspiration and such through books... D:
Anyway.
I hadn't doodled Rydia and Anna (as portrayed in the FFIV RP I was in YEARS ago -- I was Anna; ArtBySabinaE was Rydia, btw.
) in quite awhile so thought I probably should. :3 Tried a few new things with the eye shapes and folds/shadows and I want to say I like the result, but am not too sure. D: (Additionally, I asked my mom, brother and niece if I should put a red mage feathered hat on Anna, but was told I shouldn't... x.x; I'm thinking about it now in any case, haha)I've been playing FFIV Complete on my PSVita as of late (both the canon game and After Years) soo... maybe expect more FFIV-based art from me soon that's not crossed over with Harvest Moon?
Haha (note: the drawing feels for Edge/Rydia, Cecil/Rosa and Edward/Anna are rather strong, so there's a good possibility it'll be pairing art, if not RP-based art).Hurray? Hurray.

You have Manga/Anime art books?! Lucky! If I wanted to have 'em I have to go to the library since to even one is too expensive for my family to buy. :/ Yay for more 4 related things!

My ex and I saved money frequently... At the time, we weren't paying rent with the bills we were responsible for, so we figured, save money for things we like. He bought otaku stuff whereas I bought the art books (which, now that I think about it, were a complete waste of money, considering I never improved as much I would have liked then and utilize the internet for pose references these days -- the only good buys were the digital art/scanner tips for traditional media)...
I was thinking about getting either the original Dissidia or Duodecim for my Vita... I don't want to, though, because I had the original on my PSP. I maxed Cecil, Kefka, Terra and Jecht out to level 100 and was able to transfer their data when I bought Duodecim, which was friggin awesome (then I got Kain and forgot about them when I was able to do his Holy Dragoon EX, haha). ... All that hard work just to start over... ;__; blah. (I do have FFVI and Final Fantasy Origins (I and II), tho...)

Having Duodecim is easier to play than the Original Dissidia Cecil, Warrior of Light, and Lightning are my maxed out characters with Terra and Tidus being with 80s/90s. I was three gateways from Feral Chaos. :/
