I really like the colour of the wings on this, they are so beautiful.
I've noticed you've encouraged advanced critique. I really like the background and the wings, so I wouldnt change much about those. I have noticed that you are texturing both the clouds and the fur with the same strokes, whereas a lot of variation could fluff them both up a lot more. Softening some edges of the clouds, or working through the closer areas with a smaller brush should help you there.
The same for the fur, really. Except I would use soft strokes of light/highlight to add volume to the cats shape as well. If you do what youre doing now in a few layers, and blend bits and pieces in and out here and there, that will also help create the illusion of softness.
I do think there are some anatomical issues with the cat/kitten, but I think you have the skill to correct this yourself with some referencing, so I wont comment on that

You paint some of the most wonderfully detailed feathers I have ever seen. I love the fur texture and the clouds, too. The light in the eyes is beautiful, too. I love how it reflects the sky.
An angel kitten sent from Heaven... isn't that what every cat lover wants? Now watch the kitty turn into a little devil by scratching up all the furninture in the house, shedding hair everywhere, going places other than the litter box, and dragging half-dead mice into the house!
