however, was it rendered in a toon/vectorish modifier? it would look much better with a more realistic body.

Wow! I love your contcept man! I would love to see also mirrors, and maybe small wind shield/s ( I think the car will look far much complete). I would render the car on dark background, that wonderful concept needs to stands out!
Anyways, I totally admire such a work!
