So I love this piece cause I see it as a throwback to Sonic 2. So I like how you painted Sonic with the rocket. He's done very well frow the sketch you've shown. The fire path from the rocket looks real cool also i really love the texture of the clouds you've done in the background. So for stuff that needs to be worked on. This is my opinion but you should remove the tears cause people can already see that Sonic is surprised. Also, well this is a nit pick, you should work on the checkered design of the rocket. But overall I like the piece.
