if shadow is allowed to go super and/or use chaos control, then it is bye bye lex. if not lex has a fair chance of winning. lex is smarter than shadow, but shadow is no fool himself and is a very good strategist.

Up against Luthor in a business suit, Shadow would win.
Up against Luthor with Kryptonite steriods, Shadow would still win.

Up against his Warsuit, Luthor would have a chance, but then Shadow can always stop time to punch him or teleport him to the sun.
