...I'd say Man-Spider. Β
Multiple organic web-shooters for multiple chances of capture, entrapping, then killing. Β Acid Spit and claws for melee fighting. Β In an urban environment (where they both appear to frequent) his wall-crawling and swinging takes away most of Man-Bat's aerial advantage. Β And of course, since Man-bat flies, his build needs to be light enough to support flight, which comes at the cost of durability. Β

Man Spider, because he was pretty indistructable, but somehow he still had memories of Peter Parker and he couldn't attack MJ or Aunt May, because Man Spider was pretty inteligent for a vicious mutant, but man bat is just a mindless bat beast.

What about the time ManBat (Kirk Langstrom) recognized his wife Francine, and escaped in shame because of his monster form ? There is still some humanity left in him. But I will go with ManSpider becasue of his strength, spider sense and his ability to spit acid.
