This actually discusses the difference between the old and "new" She-Hulk (well, not exactly), with She-Hulk's old persona accusing the current one of killing her. This is also tied to how the Gamma mutations work - as they were established in Immortal Hulk to change when they "die", apparently as adaptive mutation, causing changes even in people without multiple identity disorder.
This happened with Jen before, as she was in her first appearances characterized as a raging and fairly brutish (if more intelligent) like her cousin:

Before Jen's transformation evolved ad stabilized, into the Sensational She-Hulk. (Which was also noted to change/affect Jen's personality.)
With this persona being a sort of resurfacing of the "Savage Se Hulk", in part due to Jen re-awakening and absorbing the Grey She-Hulk debuting in 1990), who was even more savage (and seemingly evolved from the Savage part of Jen's original alter ego)

In general, it seems Marvel writers are preparing for the old She-Hulk to return though.
This also happened to Betty - originally she was mutated due to Gamma mutation into the Harpy:

But after her death and revival became the Red She-Hulk. (if also due to further modification).

Even the Leader went through something like this (aside from even the Red Leader), when in the 90s he was evolving into a higher dimensional energy being being, and became evil, even wiling to help Bruce - although that did backfired, and the Leader died.

And that's not even mention the various forms of Hulk Bruce became over the years. Jen just has three-four (ie the Savage She-Hulk, Sensational She-Hulk, the Grey She-Hulk - if the last one is seemingly connected to Savage She-Hulk, apparently "combined" into Jen's current She-Hulk persona).

I think they are going this way, although it's also possible Jen will (at least for some time) alternate between the Sensational She-Hulk and Savage (or Grey) She-Hulk forms, like Bruce did between Green and Grey Hulk, like maybe becoming Grey or Savage She-Hulk at night.

Although I'm not completely averse to this form and it's arc, if as an temporary one - as I like the idea of exploring various Gamma transformations, and and their effects influencing personalities.
Although to be fair it had some flaws, although I don't think it's outright bad or completely bad as some think.
