Considering that at some point Parasite attained shape-shifting powers Rogue probably would be a purple version of herself? Parasite meanwhile would possibly have issues with the psyche imprints of Rogue's powers driving him insane, or overwhelmed and submerged by a more powerful mind. His powers left him access the memories of others, not actually bring in their persona into his mind.
My question is who would drain who? Their powers are very nearly the same, but are subtly different. Since Rogue's power nullifies the originator's use of the powers until they wear off on her end. I would say Rogue would have a small bit, if any at all, of life-force taken before she reabsorbed that portion along with the remainder of Parasite.
