It'd be impossible for him to be in any MCU movie, Disney would never allow it. The best chance he has is an appearance in one of the MCU Netflix shows... or at least, former Netflix shows, since those were recently removed from Netflix. You get the idea.

Like JulCan said, heβd probably get captured if SHIELD or the Avengers found him first. Most likely either kept restrained for good or rehabilitated.
If a villain (coughcough)DrDoom(cough) got to him, heβd probably be used for their own gain.
