Well, if Kryptonite still exists in the MCU, every single villain will have already stocked up on and he'd have to be constantly saved by The Avengers and he'd subjected to a neverending barrage of jokes from Ironman about how easily defeatable he is for being such a titan.

That's what I'm interested in most. He will likely be a huge ally at first until he eventually becomes a member (not full fledged at first) as he can fight on even terms with many of the heroes and able to fight most of the villains evenly or even surpassing them.

Oh yeah. He's easy to get along with. He even becomes more inspired to Captain America as much as Captain America is inspired to him.
Yeah. He saves more lives and actually causes less damage. During different events, he helps Ironman stop a brainwashed Hulk from causing too much damage (And he even found a better solution than dropping Hulk through the skyscraper that caused a lot of damage and money wasted). Supes does lay the hurt on Ultron much more than most of the Avengers could.
