Well if they went to the Digital World then theoretically they could cross over into the physical world. The real question would be would the four of them get Digimon Partners? In the future there will be a movie called Ralph Wrecks the Internet.

But dear lord, thank heavens Turbo is history....the digital world could make him much more dangerous.

They are gonna realize the Digital World is much more dangerous than any other video game and are gonna have to adapt and befriend the heroes of Digimon if they wanna survive.

They probably wouldn't treat him as a villain because there's already many villains in the Digital World. Even the villains of Digimon wouldn't see him as one.
