Ripley and the Marines would see as an important ally.  Ripley might see herself in Samus.  Weyland-Yutani might see her as troublesome if she doesn't follow orders from any corrupt corporation, and for her intention of wiping out potential bio-weapons and profits.

Samus would likely see harassment from the Predators.
Since they chance the perfect hunt, this would turn Samus into an ideal hunting target, one they'll have to bring out their actual war gear for as to not get totally shit-stomped by her even without composite or wank Samus.

The actual Aliens are almost a non-threat to Samus.
Between her actual normal acid resistance and no less than 2 armor upgrades that increase acid resistance, her ice weapons (freeze and shatter, no acid spill) or her plasma weapons (incinerate everything, no acid spill), and their acidic abilities basically mean nothing. Their known stealth tactics are going to be virtually useless due too her Sense Move ability, her suit Radar, and her visor systems, and enough strength that even without her power armor she'd out-brute them. Honestly she fights things way more powerful than these things.
