Yep, she did this base out of that screenshot, so what? That screenshot isn't your property, but Rainbow's. If you consider that Liz "stole" something from you than you're stealer as well, since you submit Rainbow's artworks here, and I don't think you have Rainbow's permission to do this. 
For you to know - any official picture, screenshot etc. you've found on Web aren't your property, and even if you submit them to your gallery doesn't mean that these pictures are yours. You behave too insolently, stop it, please.
