Yeah, inspiration for the moles/freckles = AmandaTolleson's Sherlockery. Sherlock is supposed to be about 25 here. This is a detail from my 'The Double Walker' fan fic's cover. I'm glad you like it!

Yeah, he's only 25 in my fan fics, so he does look young! He had to get a hair cut (which is why he has short hair here) in the story right before this one (The Burning Question vs. The Double Walker). I love his pretty lips lately, and his lovely eyebrows.

Sorry BBRose. I like the short hair. So it will be around in my pics, just to warn you. Some people much prefer the long hair and I totally get that! I use a bunch of references, in fact. It's still a challenge for me to get the right skin tone for him so I have to use a ton. One day, I'll catch up to Rileysun-chan's collection!

Vulnerable and delicate...well put. I really like this drawing. Those cheekbones.... They were the thing that first attracted me to Benedict/Sherlock. Well, that and his hair. And his voice. And I'll just stop now.
