I was a "Secret Santa" to the lovely , who loves RussiaXAmerica pairings and adores colorful artwork!
So, I absolutely took on this and here's the final product!

I did my best to make them colorful--I had so much fun creating wonderful colors and the snowly light effect upon the North Star!

What does "Noël"mean? - It means "Christmas" in French! [link]

What's that cross symbol on Russia's scarf? - That's actually the cross of the Russian Orthodox Church! No religious disputes around here, okay? [link]
