Nope. Cassandra Cain. Batgirl. The Batwomen (Kathy Kane and Kathy Kane) have both had masks that show the bottom parts of their faces.
I think the animated Batwoman had a full face mask, but her design was pretty directly ripped from the Cassandra Cain Batgirl.

WOW! The Dialogue brought back so many memories! Dont get me wrong, I'm only 24, I just remember that I saw BYE BYE Birdie as a Kid. And it fits so perfectly! THIS IS JUST SO CUTE AND AWESOME!

If I can make a suggestion about the panels, I think it would have helped to consider the page as whole. The sheer amount of white space is a bit of an eye-sore, and I don't think the squiggley panels are really there for much of a reason.
I think a stronger way of doing it would have been to have a solid row of regular panels of Bart finding out. Then a more angular and jagged row of panels of Bart in super-speed telling everyone, and then a row of regular panels with Cassandra, Kon and Tim.
I dunno, just making a suggestion. The basic proportions don't look too bad on most of the characters, though.
