Character bio:
Birthed from the Pale Tree blind and unable to speak, Zaira has struggled to find her place in the world of Tyria. With the aid of a Zephyrite called Zahara Ilmari, Zaira was able to tap into her latent mesmeric abilities - unlocking her control over auras and manipulation. It is through her auramancy that she has some semblance of vision, but it lacks the detail and clarity of true sight.
Since then she's come into her own, finding that using her natural beauty and charms for the Order of Whispers is just one way to help Tyria - the other being her highly sought after skills in forging weapons and armors.

I've actually got a confession to make, as to why I've waited until now to comment, I've been concerned that I'm running out of unique things to say about these artworks (e.g. that I've gotten to a point where I'm just using the same words and phrases over and over again). Yet I'm going to try because I like it that my comments make you happy and I don't want to disappoint. 
I doubt Eltharian is reading this, and I don't know whether this was a commission or you just wanted to do it for him as a gift, but his character couldn't have been placed in better hands when it comes to a character-art. You ever want to see art of indescriable grace + beauty, with outstanding details + features (special mention to what I can best describe as 'Time Magic' on her sword), then MagicnaAnavi's Gallery is the place to be 
Incredible work on the attire/outfit; the surfaces have an elegant blend of tree bark, leaf, and crystal.
Final note: am I correct in thinking this is now the second Sylvari artwork you've produced (the first being Kirei Wa)? I demand someone tell me where I can purchase seeds from this Pale Tree so I can plant them in my garden!

This is the 3rd sylvari artwork I did actually. The first one I did years ago. To get sylvari, you need Guild Wars 2, the game is free if you want to try it.

Yeah, I chose Navi for a reason for Zaira - her style fits the character perfectly. Plus she's just a heckin' good artist, so yeah.

Beautiful woman, love the texture and patterns on her pink skin, all the bright blues shades are lovely. The glow is stunning with the darker blue background and light speckles
