If your question hasn't bee answered, there's a button to the right of the image (under favorite) that says "Purchase" click that and you should be able to buy it if you have the points. Afterwords, hover over the same button until 'download' appears

you just hide that layer hun. Its has multiple layers... Just click on the third layer (I believe) and click the little eye icon to hide it (or just delte it)

It's not MS Paint friendly, and most PS bases don't fill in like MS Paint ones do. You have to open a new layer beneath the lineart and color it yourself.
