Alright , here is the process for my Boa Hancock piece
Feel free to ask questions I'll try my best to answer.
MOST ASKED QUESTION - What did you do to the outline in panel 3? : I merged the outline and flat color layer together. From there on , I paint over and over make things smoother (It can be done in another layer if you are not confident) Keep refining and take your time. Patience is the key , like ALWAYS.

I think I had figured out what I did wrong. I was viewing your gorgeous work while I was uploading an adopt, I thought I had mine clicked and submitted it to the adopt groups and it was yours?
