Description
All around shapes were moving in the mist, muffled steps, and curses.
Rakan got a good grip on her dagger and spear and took a breath… sound of water and wind.
Earth, sky and water she thought. Flow through me. The beast growled. Fires, burn me.
She could still break through the circle… they knew she was there, but not yet where she was…
But there was no longer any thought of that.
The wind was changing, cold and fresh, tingling on her skin, making her feel so alive. Her blood throbbed and roared in her ears, her heart racing, breathing so hard that her lungs felt like bursting.
The wind was changing, driving the mist away, and clinging to her like a living thing.
A last move of secrecy, a dash to the perimeter, while rage and revenge burned through her in ecstasy. And then…
Then winds of fury and death rose and roared like a wild thing and nothing mortal would stand in their way. On they came in countless numbers and yet never enough, until even death flinched at the sight.

The camera angle and dynamic poses are great. I've enjoyed these images/details so much. I've been way behind on deviantart and now have to go back a few images. I've forgotten how she escaped/was set free. Her story has certainly be an interesting adventure of sorts. Keep up the great work, sir.

This is actually some memories of her past that Rakan (aka Scythe) tells someone else much later.
So maybe it's not completely satisfying or as a story on it's own, and don't worry to much if you missed something.
She's pretty much entangled in a much larger play for power.
(Unfortunately there are some nasty artefacts from the filter or compression that I missed *sigh*)
