Now that I think about it.. in this story does the gerudos left behind the male for 100 years? or only the male from such legend can have more male gerudos? that would make him a pure blooded male gerudo then, since gerudos have children with hylians

Exactly, his son is a pure-blooded Gerudo. And I kind of just ignored the whole "one male every 100 years" rule. But then again... in the games, Ganondorf never got to have any kids. So maybe he could have had a son, who knows!
