Description
28.01.2011, Anger day, Alexandria, Egypt: my city Alexandria burning and smoke covering its skies that were once blue... a price for freedom....A group of young Egyptians carrying the Egyptian flag and cheering after the police forces retreated.
Please support the Egyptian people in anyway in their battle for freedom, you can just send an email to your governments or representatives asking them to not support the Egyptian regime headed by Mubarak, thank you....
Update: Egypt is free, Mubarak is gone.... please support us rebuilding our country

I wouldn't think of a more suitable photo for these lyrics or a more suitable comment for this photo than these lyrics. Think of putting it on facebook and writing that as a caption...this quote is quite known now.. or maybe u have other photos expressing the same idea?I should go through your collection of revolution photos again. And here is the song where I got the lyrics: [link] hope you will like it..

You have my support and the support of so many americans and egyptian americans. You're not alone. I myself have been working on a project through deviantart and facebook to support egypt. Although it isn't much, we need eachother in a time like this. [link]

yeah you guys missed out on a lot while the internet was down. I tried to call all my family in egypt and tell them to spread the word that dialup still works but not many of them are good with computers. We were supporting Egypt all the way!
Say hello to beautiful Alexandria for me.

yeah, only a few people thought to do it, so you're not alone and those few people went on twitter and were tweeting what was happening in the streets. It was really amazing... people found so many little ways around mubarak's attempts to shut down communication... mashallah xD

sure thing! There are plenty of numbers for dialup service that were going around too... let me see if I can find some. If you know anyone in Egypt, please pass this on to them. To bypass government blocking of websites, use numerical IP addresses: Twitter ”128.242.240.52” Fb ”69.63.189.34” Google ”172.14.204.99”. A French ISP offers free dial up internet access ~ +33 1 72 89 01 50 Login password: toto. Please pass this on and share. and there was also this link [link] these two things we passed around allover facebook for people to tell their friends and family about in egypt.
