ZOMG! This took me freaking forever! I spent about 5 hours on this. Holy crap my hand hurts! So this is my mare Kavita and stallion Rodon. This is their first meeting, hence the title. =Lunar-Rider and I have decided that they are going to get to know each other better and possibly become mates. Luna, I'm SO sorry if I messed up on Rodon! I tried to get his colors as close as I could! So I'm sorry if anything is wrong! Also, I REALLY need some help on my shading. Rodon turned out ok but everything else is kinda...bleh. So, hints, tips, and critiques would be lovely! Thank you so much!

Kavita grazed peacefully in the birthing meadow just north of her herd. She preferred being alone and she was enjoying the quiet summer day. Suddenly, and unfamiliar scent wafted across her nose. She lifted her head and looked around. The scent had a stallion smell to it, but it wasn't one she recognized.
"Hello," she called out. No one answered. She dropped her head and started to graze again. Suddenly, someone stepped into the meadow. Kavita jerked her head up to see an extremely handsome stallion. She was not afraid.
"Hello," she said, her voice quietly.
"Hello," the stallion replied, "My name is Rodon."
"Nice to meet you Rodon," she answered, "My name is Kavita." They talked some more and Kavita invited him back to her herd to live with them.
