Aha, yes! That's what I'm going for. Well, I didn't use any texture in the drawing, but I spent more time with the default brushes in drawing them in. D; Still need to work on it though. -.- Thank you!

Heyo. I was gone for a few days at a place that had no internet so sorry for not responding!! *hugs* Thank you for leaving me such long comments. I was so happy to sign on to see them. Ahhh. <3 Yes, I'm trying to totally refine my work now and work hard on each one instead of rushing it. I had the thought that I must speed my paintings through 'cause of pressure from some people but...I realize we should all work at our own pace. Don't listen to what others say and rely on your own intuition and creativity! ;D Well in certain occassions we should accept advice but other times we should just be careful what we decide to take in if you get what i mean? D;
But yes, thank you. I tried real hard in this one after not having drawn in so long. XD It doesn't look like him entirely but then again, that's the point. Haha. <3

No problem and I'm really glad that my comments made you happy <3 And I'm sorry for not responding, too. ;_; I had exams for the past three weeks, one exam after another, so it was really hard month (I slept mostly 3-4 hours a day XD) but now my exams are finally over ^^
Yup, I agree ^^ Rushing things is definitely not the best option, it's better to work according to your own pace, when you feel like doing it, not forcing it. :3

Thank you! <3 Yeh, I feel when drawing, things do not have to represent the ref's likeness 100%. Instead, it's nice to put your own twist to it. ;] All depends on what kind of emotion the artist wants to portray. XP
Omg, awesome. I'm glad I got someone else to try out his music. ;] It might not be for every one but I personally love it. You should watch his Fearless music video. I thought it was pretty cool. His older albums before Still Fantasy are also a must listen.

Hm, good Chinese singers/bands are hard to find. Most of them sing ballads and are in the pop genre. So far I've liked JJ Lin, Zhang Yun Jing, Soler, Nicky Lee, Tank, Nicholas Teo, Lee Hom, and Jade Liu. There's more but here's a sample. Just you tube them each up and try them out. ^^ Enjoy. It's hard to find good stuff though. I'm still looking myself since there's not much "rock" in C-music. Everything is so soft.
