Here is the download for the MMD file of a 3D Chakram for Axel from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.
Chakram is designed off the twin blades used by the character 'Azure Kite' from the hit video game and anime series .HACK//G.U.

Some of you may recognise its design from Avatar Azure Flame God's shuriken-like attack. (Watch this youtube video at 25 seconds)

There are a few sliders in case you wish to animate the weapon.

Modelled by me on blender and textured using photoshop using the in game screenshots as reference.
