The file format is PMX.
There is only a master bone which lets you move the blade, but the models do not have any physics for the chains or UV/morph sliders. You will also need to resize it on PMXeditor. Sorry.

These designs were made before 7 star medals were released. Back in the good old days, 6 star medals were the strongest medals we could get. Now days there are 7 star medals, supernova medals and other more gamebreaking things. I haven't played for a while so I'm not sure what other things have been added.

(This is the same user, new account.) It's not really that gamebreaking because the content has evolved with it. You can do over 1 billion damage in a single hit or hundreds of millions in multiple hit attacks, but the HP on enemies now is insane.
