Description
ITS DONE GUYS!!!I have good news and bad news.
For the good news, read the first line above.
For the bad news....I can't import it into PMXeditor D:
It keeps crashing....
I need someone to help me. Preferably someone with experience with converting OBJ to PMX files and someone who has experience with rigging bones, rigging 'magic' bones, adding sliders and messing with textures and transparency on PMXeditor.

This.
Is.
Absolutely.
AMAZING!
Usually what I do when I convert things is I save it as a .x file, then import it into PMD editor (because PMX never wants to load it the right way), then import it into PMX editor. If it's too big, I usually break it up into groups of meshes that PMD can handle and import all of them into PMX at once

I can't even export it out of blender lmfao.
I've read some people recommend that I export the stage in parts and then reassemble it in PMX editor which is sounds reasonable. The problem is that I can't edit anything on PMXeditor (I.e. I can't select or move bones, physics, joints...etc) which means I'm only left with PMD editor to use but PMD editor has a vertex limit (i.e. after a certain amount of vertices, the program crashes which happened when I was working on the last form of Divine Rose).

Well you could break up the stage into parts that PMD can handle.
Would it be okay if I took a look at it?

I've got work all day but I have some experience with converting pesky stages out of blender, as well as rigging stages. I could give it a look when I get home in a few hours. o:
this stage looks too cool to not try not try to get it out and useable for mmd!

I have a few suggestions from people so I'm still working on it xD
I know you're busy with work but if I get really stuck at a dead end I'll call you on ^^

Well, I'm free right now and don't have work tomorrow so if you need me to take a look, I'd be more than happy to. Best of luck~

If you're having problems with exporting, I have a plugin addon for Blender that skips the need to go from obj to pmx and export straight to pmx format. I don't know if that will fix the problem but if you want to give it a shot I can link you the plugin.

Hey Kinokey!
Which plugin do you have? Because I also have a export script/plugin for Blender which allows files to be exported as PMD or PMX files. But I think because this stage has so many vertices that the script doesn't work. The advice that I'm hearing from people is to export the stage in parts and then reassemble them again in PMXeditor.

I use blender2pmx plugin. This one is strictly for pmx format only so I have pmd/pmx importer as well but if it is just a high vertex count that's causing the problems, then, yeah, I agree importing separate parts at a time would be a good thing to try.

Just wondering, Do you know what the vertex limit is for PMDeditor?
I know that after a certain amount of vertices, importing such a model comes with heaps of errors. It happened when I modelled this Keyblade which had more than 30,000 vertices. Oddly enough, My PMXeditor only lets me open and view the models. It doesn't let me select/move any bones/vertices/physics even after I've enable them.

From what I have read, pmd models have a max limit of about 65,000 vertices. As for the editor itself, I assume the same amount
As for the PMXeditor, I would say re-download or see if you have the lastest version of the editor and maybe that will fix editing problem.
