from Ch.20, tom riddle's visit to hepzibah's crib.just a sketch i ran some messy ink and colors over in OpenCanvas today. the locket is apparently emitting it's own light.. dunno what's up w/ that x). just playing around with shiney colors

This is really fantastically neat! (Uh, you know, as in 'cool', not 'tidy'.) I just really like how this looks... The sketchiness of it seems to give it a kind of horror-esque aura. And I like how the highlights on his skin give him a skeletal look. Super work!

The linework is sketchy, but to me this is one of the elements of this piece that make it work so well. Tom's expression is just so wonderfully intriguing & I so covet the colouring. The fact that the locket is emitting it's own light should be incredibly cheesy, yet...it isn't!
