1) Have you unzipped the files (model, texture) and merged them with the same files ?
2) Downloaded files are best added to usermod

1) right-click on name model ,(example:  +heavy) you have a tabel you have "set skin" and others, take "rig" and "rig simple"
2) if it does not work, then ... I do not know
3) i never download rig's
4) if my advice did not help, try searching the internet
