Well, no, not exactly dealing with this particular character, but at least something to do with her (going off the eyes here) origin.
And I'll even go further with this. Given that I know which particular series this is for. I'm guessing that you're going to pair her with another character.

OK, well, she definitely seems like the adventurous type. She's dressed up as if she's ready to go on a quest, and she has the NorthStar branded staff (yes I noticed that BTW). Why not pair her up with X?

Meh, I'd have thought the details made it obvious anyway. (Besides, I doubt very many folks actually follow the comment strings. Especially this one, which has to be viewed into a separate comment page.)
But indeed, the thought I pondered at the time was, "if Malcolm and Mag had a kid, what would he/she look like," and I guess the thought developed into the picture you see. I've given her the name "Meghan," and indeed the staff is a NorthStar artifact, though I have no proper name for it yet. (I'm thinking perhaps "Bellatrix.") If you look at it the right way, the staff is fashioned in the shape of a rifle.

Looking back at it, the eyes should have been a dead giveaway there. Although I figured they only looked different to differentiate her from Mag.
I should have figured something like that though. I know you're one for thinking way ahead of where everyone else is in the story.

There's a little of Malcolm's hair to her too.
Indeed, while Meghan's practicing magic, she has the high-accuracy talents of her mother, and it seemed a pit to let them go to waste without a suitable weapon. I'd think she's more outgoing than Malcolm, but about as quiet around other folks.
Just to note, Meghan's existence was the result of musing, and apart from an interesting bit of speculation, she's not going to be a big player if she shows up at all in the shared story. (Really, the idea is one that's a bit too far off.)

Funny how she decided to use a gun-like weapon as opposed to a traditional bow and arrow.
