Description
Metroid Prime from the game of the same name, in its creepiest-looking form - before it even begins to attack. This will be my third and last submission to the boss battles contest 2.0 over atI took some liberties with the colors. In the game, the bubbly stuff behind the creature is electric blue, but I already used that color for the Aurora Unit [link] Besides, it would clash with the creature's burnt-flesh look.

The most important thing to know is about his weakness, even so from the beginning of the final boss, it change color that is yellow, white, purple, and red; each color represent his weakness wich means, you must use the correct weapon in the same color, for example if they change to purple, then you must use Wave Beam in order that it take damage to it...

Oh, I know how to beat it of course, it's just that I take so much damage in the process that it usually takes a good few tries. Still not as hard as Omega Pirate, though.

This is amazing! One of the coolest boss battles ever, in my favorite game of all time! I really like the fact that you drew him when he's asleep, cause he's much more creepy that way. The coloring is beautiful, sort of like water color style. I will surely check out the rest of your gallery to see if you use this style more often. It works really well for the picture. Finally, the perspective is brilliant, from down below, looking up. Definite fave
