Description
This is my first submission of three to the boss battles contest for . This watercolor features Quadraxis, the gargantuan mechanical beast of Sanctuary Fortress from Metroid Prime 2.The next two will be from the other two Metroid Prime games, but I haven't 100% decided on which bosses yet. I do want the three to look good together, so they'll all be painted in limited palettes on the same size paper. That much I know.
PS Thanks for the nice words everyone, I can't wait to see all your entries for the boss fight contest. It's gonna be awesome.

I think you get the annihilator beam right after Quadraxis, but it would be cool if we could use it on all the bosses. Especially the Boost Guardian. Screw that guy.

wii controls made it easier, but i remember the boost guardian being an annoying little shit on GC. hated him, especially on hypermode

When I first saw Quadraxis in Metroid Prime 2 on the Trilogy version, my first thought was, "Oh for the love of Ridley! I gotta fight that thing!?!" But it is a really interesting boss, and one of my more favorite ones.
