Description Here are all my Helloween cds. Helloween is one of the most influential power metal bands I have ever heard. This German metal band started in 1984 and are STILL making albums today. However, only 2 of the original members are still in the group. I displayed these discs in a totally random order. 7 of the albums have black borders and those are the special edition remasters. Also, I included their singles and boxed sets.

Definitely seen this band before! Everyone kept saying how it's one of their favourite! I need to check them out soon!

They are the band that started the whole melodic power metal movement. Their albums Keeper of the 7 Keys 1 and 2 are the benchmarks of which all power metal is judged.

That is an epic collection!Β  I have most of their studio albums, but that's about it.Β  xD
And are those slip-cases on the expanded editions?Β  I've only got the slip-cases for Keeper part I and Chameleon.

It's always nice to meet fellow Helloween fans.

I have all the expanded editions that they made. I also have the rare Japanese editions of Dark Ride and Better Than Raw. Helloween just released a book that spans their entire career and I hope I can get a copy of that before it's ransomed on Ebay. One of my prized Helloween collectibles is a rare saw blade picture LP that is an interview with former drummer Ingo (R.I.P.)

If you want, you can see my metal cd collection website (though horribly out of date) here; draconisthanatos.thagirion.org…
I am in the process of revamping the site.

What other metal bands do you like? Do you follow all the Helloween member's side projects? Side projects like Gamma Ray, Unisonic, Place Vendome, Shockmachine, Masterplan etc..?

I've heard about that saw blade LP.Β  Sweet!Β

I actually think I've been to your website before (at least the Helloween section, anyway).Β  It looks familiar.

I like a whole bunch of other metal bands.Β  Besides Helloween, my favorites are Savatage, Crimson Glory, Megadeth, Sanctuary, Queensryche... There's a lot of others, too.Β  xD
I'm trying my best to get involved with the side projects (I haven't been a Helloween fan for that long, really, so I keep forgetting which band belongs to which member and things like that).Β  So far, the only one I've really gotten into is Gamma Ray.Β  But, I have a copy of the Hellbook so that has everything all in one place for me to make it easier.Β  And I have a couple days off from work, so I may just have to check some of that stuff out.

I love classic Savatage. I got the privilege of having Dr Killdrums himself as a store manager when I worked at Mars Music in Tampa, Fl. He would get nostalgic when I would talk about Savatage of play some of Chris Oliva's riffs on guitar in the store. I also had the honor of getting to know Casey Grillo (Kamelot drummer). He was a drum teacher there while I was a guitar teacher.

I see you live in the Largo/Seminole area. Do you frequent Sound Exchange in Pinellas park? I'm there all the time! lol

Ooo, I gotta get that book!

That is so cool!Β  My dad mentioned once that he knows a member or two of Savatage, but he never told me which ones.

I've been to Sound Exchange a few times.Β  I was just there on Thursday.Β  Someone at work had mentioned it a little while back and now that's my favorite store ever.Β

Cool! Most Savatage members grew up around Tampa, Fl. Chris Oliva died only about 4 miles from where I live in Zephyrhills. Β

Mine too! I am a regular at all 3 locations of Sound Exchange. Pinellas Park, Tampa and Brandon. My job has me driving all over the place and I stop in when ever I can. The Pinellas and Brandon stores have the best selection of metal! Also, if you can get to Oldsmar flea-market on Tampa Rd, there is a vendor there that has an impressive metal section.

Maybe we could meet up for lunch or crank up some metal. Just let me know. My wife and I live pretty far away in Zephyrhills.

Been a fan since Chameleon was new. I have been collecting all the band members solo projects as well. Have you heard Kiske's and Kai's other bands?

Oh, and thanks for the watch.Β

Glad I can be somebody's. LOL

I did not include my bootlegged cds and that singles collection is 5 or 6 discs. Do you use AIM? If so, we can trade mp3s.

I'm glad!

I remember when we were dating and I let you borrow their albums by the stack.
"Before the war" will always have a special meaning.
