Haou duel disk was my favorite by far, with the eye thing on the center. Is the eye made of fabric too? Or is it plastic?

This duel disk has caused me so much trouble ;o;.
I love it so much but cant get it out of my head, I tried to make my own but screwed up like 6 times . I went through so many shapes. T.T It would have been so awesome hanging in my cardshop with my disk but I keep messing up, mind messaging me some tips.

it's not functional. I basically made it kinda like how I would make a plushie. Started with the basic shapes and worked on top of it.

I kinda like it and thought of some ideas to actually make if functional but the prob is i suck at sewing and am more into the mechanics of it. I already tested the lifepoint counter on the failed prototypes and that came out okay , next I tried adding a deck holder onto it by slicing out the middle of the circular part.
So far those two were success test...
Then finally the card sleeves were a HUGE prob , I failed so hard on that I should invent a new word for it TwT.
Any advice or tips.
Btw , am a huge fan of the cosplays, I was Bakura for Otakon recently.... not a single person knew who Bakura was lol
