Technically HP fanart. This is Ginger Potter, Harry's little sister. She doesn't exist in cannon world because (in my mind, at least) Lily was pregnant with her during Voldemort's attack (don't mind me, I just RP too much).Ginger is an absolutely mad girl who alternately loves and hates her parents, as most teenagers do. She's a bit on the gothish side (although Lily would NEVER allow her to die that gorgeous hair black). Her best friend in the world is Bridgette, Snape's daughter (I KNOW he would never willingly have a child. There's a huge backstory to this, but I'm not going into it. So there!), which gives James quite some trouble as you can imagine.
I'm working on a few pictures of Bridgette as well.
Hopefully I'll have some up soon! AU fanfiction/RP is fun. ^_^3 days, Painter IX.

Yeah, I'm playing Lily in a Marauder RPG and the "big plan" is for her to have just found out that she's pregnant again right before Halloween '81. So, in an alt universe Harry would have a little sister. It's a bit sad that I have time for this stuff, really. XD
Bridgette's mother is named Eva, and she's an awful woman. Snape swears she was okay once upon a time, but now she's someone else's bleach-blonde bulimic housewife. Bridgette still has to spend weekends with her. She was just kind of thrown in to provide B with a mother.

This is truly wonderful. The hair is exceptional - may I ask which brush you used please? The colours truly are lovely and perfectly 'redheaded'.

The brushes were a mix of the Fine Feathered Oil and the Medium Bristle Oil in Painter, with a few smaller detail brushes and a varying of opacity. I love doing the tiniest details in hair. It's definitely the part of a portrait that takes me the longest to do!

She's so cute! I love love love her red hair. Like WHOA. And her freckles. And her expression. And her nose. Okay, so all of her.
Teeny little complaint though: that one curl that's right by her bottom lip keeps throwing me. Everytime I look at the picture I see that as a little dribble of blood. Eep. If it was just bumped down a teensy bit so that it wasn't touching her lip (they're too similar in colour) I think it might solve the problem.
I love the description about her... haha! AUs are fantastic. She sounds like someone I would get along with well. Too bad I never RP or read fanfics.

It's a long and involved AU plotline that a friend and I have been kicking around for a month or two. I guess we just wanted a chance for Harry to have a family. Ginger is probably one of my top favorite characters we've ever dreamed up. ^_^
