Just something I was toying around with for an evening or two between bigger projects. Nothing too polished, but it kind of feels like there's a story here.
This is supposed to be the one-and-only Malla, one of my first original characters (and DA name source!), set in the engine room of some great steam-powered machine. She's usually in a much more Firefly-esque universe, but she fits in quite nicely with my recent obsession with the steampunk genre, too. I'm not too thrilled with how her facial structure turned out. It's much too soft for the girl I had in mind, but meh. This was a FOR FUNSIES painting anyway.

There's definitely something there, though I sort of like the softness of her, at least, from not knowing the actual character. She's different from the stereotypical engine room woman. Nice work too!
