Yes the blue areas are my take on Asgard beam weapons.
This ship being smaller than the Daedalus utilize a smaller and less power version. I'd put them at 2/3 to 1/2 the power of the full sized turrets on the Daedalus.

I wasn't kidding when I said it greatly increases the ships defensive capabilities. Lol
