Maybe Spike did get through to Discord with some of what he said to him in one recent episode (S8E10) or maybe it's just that there has been an art of the month contest with the theme "flower blossoms" on a brony forum. In any case Origami Discord seems to have rearranged 218 (if I didn't miscount) origami flowers in such a way as for them to create a mosaic portrait of Fluttershy. Origami Angel Bunny too has a guest appearance in this scene, siting on Discord's paw (I leave it to you to decide if Discord is holding him to keep him from vandalizing his work or if two such mischievious characters ultimately learned to get along for the sake of Fluttershy).
In the rear we also got a curious bear (not exactly looking like Harry, but I wanted to include him anyway).

EDIT: Something very embarassing happened. In the image I originally uploaded (as well as in those three alternative views above) I had utterly forgotten to give origami Fluttershy wings!
I changed this in new images I took today and here are a number of alternative views of her with folded and spread wings:

I struggled too, when I started with origamis back in 2015. It took a lot of practice to get my origamis where there are now and there are still plenty of origami designs that I don't manage yet. The important thing is to keep going while you have fun doing it and not look at the results only.

I haven't found a complete tutorial for making them because I made up some of the details for the ponies myself, but they are strongly based on other foldings instructions.
To fold an MLP pony you start out with the so called bird base (here is a folding instruction for that one), a base that can be turned into pretty much everything existing. For the ponies you need to cut (therefore it is not a 100% "pure origami") along the central line of the two triangles you get in the diamont shaped final step of the bird base (so you end up with four triangles there which can be folded to form the pony's legs). The two triangles on the other side ar folded to form the head and the tail of the pony. To avoid a pointy belly of the pony, the tip of the rectangular triangle you can see in step 5 of the bird base folding instruction needs to be sunk (folded inside that is)...
I'm afraid such text instructions are of very little help. If I ever draw a folding instruction for the origami ponies I promise to post it here. I can only encourage you and your brothers to give origami a try. It is a beautiful hobby and with a little practice easier than it looks. I often offer little workshops at brony meetups and so far nobody walked away without having folded a pony within about half an hour

This particular kind of flower is extremely easy to fold. Here is one image to show how it works (not made by me). All you need is a square piece of paper.
