Richard as readies himself to go, his home phone rings; he walks into the living room briskly. The number came up as restricted, but he knew who it was anyway. "You always call at the worst time." Richard states huffing with a light smirk on his face. "Don't tell me you made plans again." The voice stated sighing a little annoyed. "Yeah. Slade and I-" He was interrupted by a low growl noise. "Red, don't start on that." Richard sighed. "I thought you said you were going to cut it off." Red replied hurt evident in his voice. The young man combed his raven hair, and sighed deeply. "I know I know. You don't need to fucking remind me, but I just can't." He replied sitting on the bed. "Pft! As if you can't! How hard is it? The man treats you like shit, and you just take it?" Richard became angry. He knew Slade treated him like shit, but it wasn't like he was afraid of him or anything. Richard could also hold his own against him. "You just don't understand." He replied gripping the phone. "At any rate, I should go. He hates it when I'm late." Richard replied as he hung up giving Red no time to answer. Was he cheating on Slade? Yes. Did he think Slade knew? Maybe. Even if he did he didn't make it evident. Richard was under the impression that it would just get thrown back at him when the time came for him to make a low blow. With that thought darkening his spirit, Richard grabs his keys, and jacket before heading out. When he arrived in the lobby of the apartment building he stopped. Maybe he shouldn't go to Slade's after all that asshole did ruin his face, and deserves to be stood up. Plus how many nights did he wait for him, but he never should up. Richard turned around, and walked back up the stairs to his apartment. He'll give him a taste of his own medicine, of course he knew Slade might come after him, but he rolled his eyes at the thought. What's the worst Slade could do?

Arriving to his apartment, Richard headed over to the phone on the counter, and dialed Red's number. "Change of plans. Would you like to spend tonight at my house?" He asked. Red's mood changed drastically at the news. "I'll be over there in a few minutes, don't move." Richard chuckled as he hung up the phone, and returned it to it place. He then took off his jacket and just tossed it onto the couch. He then walked into the bathroom to see what he should do about the ugly bruise on his cheek. Hiding it would just make it more obvious, plus Red was used to him covered in cuts,scraps, and bruises. Sighing he decided to do nothing with it. He then returned to the living room, and turn on the television as he waited for Red to arrive.
