When I started to watch Akazukin ChaCha earlier this year, I've noticed there's an iconic Jigglypuff Inflation Horn sound heard twice in episode 5 but originally in low pitch, all because this entire anime basically uses loads of Pokemon Anime SFX which DOES exist before the anime exists in Japan in 1997 but they don't use Series 1000, 4000 and 6000 sfx library as well. It all reminds me of Pokemon as well. So anyway, here's the picture how did Jigglypuff getting fooled of how this anime could use her iconic inflation horn sound effect and Marine is assumed to imitate Jigglypuff as a Pokemon reference.
