Alright, I shall critique with all the elements of an art critique (excluding "describe," as I'm pretty sure you already know what your image is of, and "interpret," since it's obvious you made this as fanart for FNAF)

Analyze: You managed to successfully form a proper and professional-looking outline for Foxy with the use of lines and shapes (as well as forming his holes to show how he's rather worn out; you even managed to successfully display his interior's hidden endoskeleton). The use of colors was a splendid idea, as it provides more appeal to the eyes, and you also managed to successfully mimic the color scheme of Foxy and his stage's curtains.

Foxy seems to have highly appropriate proportions with his body (although it looks like his semi-hidden waist could be a little taller in height? Yet, the width of it seems fine). The "texture" of Foxy's appearance seems a bit conflicted: his head looks rather soft and fluffy, while the rest of his body appears smooth and metallic (the latter is fine for the non-fur areas, though (the hook, pants, endoskeleton)). I believe it's normally good to keep one certain state of "texture" for specific parts of your image the same (like the sections of fur on a character).

The value seems a little off-setting. Foxy's entire torso is being exposed from the opening of the curtains, so I don't really think the right side of his body should be as shadowed as it is. I'm also having trouble telling where you're major "light source" is supposed to be beaming upon foxy from. Is the light meant to be shining down on Foxy from the top left, bottom left, etc? I find it helps to draw lines in your rough sketches to help you know where your lighting will be positioned before you finish your final draft.

You did a nice job setting aside empty space away from Foxy, so he wouldn't be all up in the viewer's face. It seems you handled positioning a focal point very nicely, as my eyes nearly immediately were drawn to Foxy's face (especially the center of it). This means you also succeeded in creating emphasis on Foxy being the main interest of the image. You also have a nice pattern with the white stars, but it feels like you should've had a few more of them on the left.

Evaluation: Your level of success on this artwork overall is *drum roll*... 94%! You managed to professionally draw and color everyone's favorite animatronic fox pirate and successfully create his trademark setting!

-Misc Critique Additions:

-You lost out on "originality" because I find Foxy to be residing in and peeking out of Pirate Cove not really much of an original concept...(I mean, he's even often peering out at us from his stage in the first FNAF game...Maybe you could've had him doing something a little different on his stage?)

-Maybe you could crop the image a little? Seems kind of odd to have the bottom end of the sign and both ends of the top and bottom of the curtain just dangling there in midair without even an ending solid line.

-Nice touch on giving Foxy a glowing set of yellow eyes to show his more menacing nature, but the glow is kind of hard to notice, so maybe increase it's opacity so we can notice it more over his yellow irises?

-Possibly make the pupils darker? They're a little hard to see.

-I also notice that the star to the right of the sign, being cut off, has that white line running alongside the sign. I think it'd be a bit more appropriate to just remove that aligning white edge. Otherwise, that star will look out of place with the others by how it would just be two triangles pressed together instead of a full-fledged star, if you were to take away the sign.
