Description So this be what happens when you work around auto parts every night...
I digitally inverted the colors for this one because I felt the the white on black background stood out better while being a little easier on the eyes.

Constructive feedback is always welcome!

The idea initially started with the engine: Boxer engines are very good, inline six's are very good, and v12's are also very good... SO WHY NOT SMASH THEM TOGETHER?!

The result, what I call the T18 engine configuration: essentially a boxer twelve with an inline six on top of it.

At first I couldn't decide what kind of vehicle would use such an engine, then I figured... well the engine is too big, complex, and over the top for practical use, so why not an eight wheeled supercar?!

SMA Tarantula

In short: Over-complicated Overkill Indulgence

Engine:  A 10 liter T18 rated to 6000 hp and  5700 lb*ft (7728 N*m) with 6 hydraulic anti lag turbos.
Transmission:  A 12 speed sequential gearbox connected to all eight wheels through seven limited slip differentials.

Curb Weight: 6200 lbs (2812 kgs)
Top speed: 375 mph (604 kph)
0-60 mph/0-100 kph: 2.2 seconds

Other notable features:
Three piece active aerodynamics-  The front splitter and rear spoiler are divided into three sections that can move independently of each other.  The side sections primarily help keep the car level during cornering while the center sections determine the overall downforce.
Hydraulic anti lag turbos-  The engine can divert some of its oil into a high pressure storage tank. When needed, the pressurized oil will then be forced through a seperate turbine near the center of each turbo to keep the compressor wheels spinning for more consistent boost.
