is this a frame grab from the GoPro HD
the video is sweet makes me miss my diving days and makes me want to go out and buy the Hero2

Nah, the frame grabs from the GoPro are super low quality.
I would definitely recommend the Hero 2, 10 frames per second in photo burst mode with pretty good quality.

I was running my GoPro at the same time during this shot, i had it mounted right to my camera housing.
