No, it is for Genesis 8 Female for DAZ Studio. The Outfit, hair and accessories were ported to DAZ by Shinteo and the body morph is customized by us using various morphs for DAZ Studio. Whether it can be ported to Blender or not I have no idea.

I can find you a link to the Bayonetta outfit by Shine yeah, as for the exact model used in this render no. You would have to have all the same morphs for Genesis 8 Female as I do for it to load properly.
